  Versage is very good looking pony with 3 excellent paces and a powerful and stylish jump. His temper is one of the kindest. All these qualities combined make of him a fantastic working pony - all these qualities are to be passed on to his progeny.  
     

Born in the Netherlands at the Haan's, Versage has been stallion approved at 3 years old by the Dutch stud-book. Versage comes down the famous British stallion Tomatin Golden Gorse who is also up the lines of English stars Wayland Crandberry and his son Wayland Loganberry) not to mention Wayland Red Pepper who reach top ranking at the French young ponies show jumping finals when 6 years old.

Versage's sire, Valentino has been producing top quality ponies and his offsprings have reached high level competitions in dressage and showjumping. Valentino has about 10 approved sons and many daughters to be spotted in the ribbons at breed shows in Belgium and the Netherlands. : Polsbury Pimpernel (NL) – suprême champion in Belgium, Yellie Marmelade (NL) – supreme champion in the Netherlands. Valentino has and still playing a great role on the New-Forest breed.

LL. Møllegårdens Dunhill, Versage's dam has produced another approved stallion, Versage's full brother.
Her sire, Marlino is also the sire to the high performances dressage stallion Major and to the stallion Polsbury Pajero (out of Polsbury Pimpernel).
 
Dunhill is the offspring of great Swedish New-Forest stallion and dam. Her sire Smedhults Cavat (Merrie Master), has produced many New-Forest sport's ponies such the the sallions Frederiksberg Dizney (Swedish 3 day event Champion CCE in 1992), Miclas Activ (Swedish show jumping Champion in 1999) and also Frederiksberg Chopin will achieved high performances in dressage. Down the dams' line, Frederiksberg Joan (3rd dam) has produced Frederiksberg Garp (Scandinavian 3 Day Event in 1999 & Swedish 3 Day Event in 2000). This pony is a full brother to Fredriksberg Kame (Versage's 2nd dam), Frederiksberg Joan has also produce Fredriksberg Mozart who carried the Swedish flag at the 2005 European championship in dressage before being sold to Germany.

Versage has a true pony look, he has a lovely bouncy trot, a lot of power and a fantastic balance. Versage received the average mark of 9/10 for jumping when shown to the French New-Forest society's jury in March 2006. This pony stallion should attract breeders interested in finding talented genetics which have been already tested.

Versage produces pure New-Forest offsprings and part-breds.

     
In 2008, this stallion will cover mares in hand at our farm near Paris and frozen semen will also be available.
